About Hadlow
Hadlow is a Kentish village near Tonbridge, within the Tonbridge and Malling District. The village is known for a famous building, Court Lodge, also called the Manor of Hadlow, which is Grade One listed. The Manor of Hadlow is recorded on the World Monuments Watch List of Most Endangered Sites. Hadlow itself harks back to Anglo Saxon times and the original name for the village was ‘Haeseholte’. Villagers support their local community and Hadlow has a drama group and cricket club, which are popular.
